Letter from the Chairman – Tony Phillips
The past three years have been peppered with many challenges, many of which have contributed to us not communicating with you as we should, and for this we apologise and hope that this bumper edition of our annual feedback will remedy this.
Significant in this period was the appointment of Karen Krakowitzer in August 2009 as Noah’s CEO.
